Orders, Shipments, and returns

Orders

Upon placement of an order, a confirmation email is sent upon preparation of the pack shipment. USPS tracking is then generated for your order, and provided via a second email notification.

Your pack shipment

Packages are typically dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Larger orders will be sent with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery. Orders ship first-class. For expedited shipping please choose the Priority Mail option at checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will have access to track your package via your account online.

All shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot always group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees may apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, however special care is taken to protect fragile objects, which are also insured through USPS.

Returns

Please contact us at sales@groveminting.com if you wish to initiate a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return commemoratives (in their original condition) within 7 Days for your money back minus the cost of shipping. For bullion orders, an additional 10% restocking fee applies to all coins and bullion (certified or raw) due to market fluctuations on returns up to 7 days, and 20% restocking fee applies to all returns up to 14 days from time received. All sales final from 14 days of delivery.

International Orders (outside the US)

Our system is not currently set up to provide order processing for international addresses. If there are items you are interested in and you live outside the Unites States, please contact us at sales@groveminting.com
